Greetings from the Community Team!
Since NEAR Foundation employees will be on holiday from December 24, 2021 - January 3, 2022, we wanted to share one final note to wrap up what the Community Team has been working on during this final quarter of 2021.
Following up on the Community Team Mid-Q4 Check In - read for info on Nov payouts, we are delighted to announce these following initiatives as

an MVP (Phase 1) of a new Guilds Platform, thanks to the NEAR Hispano dev team, and the release of the platform can be expected in the new year
-
16 community moderators on boarded and first month of Concierge Service operations have been successful. A 6-month roadmap now in progress where they will contribute to 4 community channels, projects, and Guilds.

- this includes the formation of the Guild Ops team who Guild leaders may have already been hearing from over the course of December

launch of the Guilds Tiering Structure for clarified and simplified Community funding process

new proposed governance structure for Community DAOs for the community’s consideration

user interviews conducted for incoming improvements to our community onboarding flow (near.org/community → Concierge Service initiative channels → wherever the individual desires!) and the Governance Forum revamp

release of the NEAR Wiki Content Plan
And just wait for what will be coming starting in January 2022!
