The structure of this proposal is quite challenging to work through. We normally don’t approve proposals for general roles. We often agree to deliverables. Check out some other proposals that have been approved- it might help clean things up. Please revert to @Dacha’s question about grants. ---

Hi, @Dacha @Klint @cryptocredit we are working with @denbite on a new proposed structure. We will respond to you in a week I guess. For now, we are just trying to figure out what we can focus on and what activities will help us do better marketing. And ofc this is frustrating that we can’t get paid for our time because this is a hard job that takes a lot of time. ---

Thanks for the proposal @kiskesis – as you restructure it, just wanted to say from my POV that is is MUCH easier for us to quickly review and approve (say for January funding) a proposal that is simple, specific and asking for funding around 1 or 2 key initiatives. We are focused on funding social media and marketing content (events, community moderation, influencers, paid social + PR are currently out of scope for us). I would also recommend requesting one month for now when you update this as there may be different/new avenues for funding regional groups in the New Year.
