August Council Member Report:

- helped represent Marma J at the NPA Canada golf tournament [[APPROVED] Marma J Foundation Sponsorship x NPA Canada - #5 by bianca](http://gov.near.org/t/approved-marma-j-foundation-sponsorship-x-npa-canada/3767/6) (though I am awful at golf 🏌️‍♀️)
- voted on SputnikDAO v2 proposals
- attended weekly meet-ups for half the month

Did not tip regularly during the month of August in the Marma J Telegram so will not be claiming the Tip Bot budget.

Requested 12.5 marmaj payout from the DAO.
