I’m writing to propose an event themed “ROOTS: Concert & Album Launch”
INTRODUCTION
Our lives are marked by epochs characterised either by a singular event or strings of several ones - and we find that we have aged or matured not necessarily because of the passage of time, but much more because of these epochs.
2014 marked the end of one of the most momentous epochs in my life. At the end of that year, I had written my 110th song, more than half of which held (and still holds) serious significance to me. These songs define the roots of my consciousness and convictions.
I want to pick the 6 of the most significant of them to immortalise as I perform them live in concert in the physical and the virtual worlds.
PROCESS
Ticketing And Admittance.
NFT Tickets will be sold and those who purchase it will be privy to certain perks like front row seats, post-event photoshoots and interviews with me, complimentary drinks and free autographed audio CDs.
The concert will be streamed live in the Metaverse (NearHub) for those who will be unable to make it to the event in person. Five lucky attendees will get the chance to participate in a random draw for prizes (a Near Roots branded T-Shirt 
, $50 dollars or NFT videos). These perks will serve the purpose of stimulating, incentivising and appreciating attendees.
The Video
The high quality video produced as a result of the concert will be minted as NFTs and sold. Those who buy these NFTs will also get ornate DVDs in lavish packs sent to them as totemic representations of the NFTs.
Publicity
Social media marketing and advertising will be used generously to garner publicity. NxM Social Media and other affiliated platforms will create substantial hype on Twitter, Instagram et alia.
The Rehearsal
I project three to four weeks of intensive rehearsals, a band of 4 to 5 musicians including 2 backup singers.
Timeline
The entire project will run between 3 to 4 weeks ie 7th to 30th of September, 2022, with 30th of September as the tentative date for the concert.
