for the prizes
7N for winner (enough money to open an own store on mintbase) (51 USD)
5N second place (36,5 USD)
3N third place (21,9 USD)
Renting of hall/Sound system: 9 $NEAR (3x3 N for the winner songs?) (65,7 USD)
For this part:
Publicity/logistics/Other materials for event: 20 $NEAR (146 USD)
I need to know what exactly you mean with Publicity: 10$NEAR (73 USD)
Initial wallet funding for 5 people: 1.5$NEAR (10,95 USD)
Transportation: 2$NEAR (14,6 USD)
Stipend for workers: 5$NEAR (36,5 USD)
Branded tshirts (with NEAR Logo): 1.5$NEAR (10,95 USD)
The only thing I need now is what you will do with the publicity money,
then I need a time schedule
the people who are working with you (for the stipend of workers)
who will give the class? Should I do a onboarding with the teachers, so they know what they are talking about?
Who will choose the winner???
Answer my questions and please update the post of the bounty (not comment, the original post) so it fits all the requirements I made in this comment.
We also only pay after the work is done. So you wait for approval, do the work, send me pictures, videos, whatever proof that it happened the way you are saying, and then you can submit payout proposal.
The winners should submit payout proposal themselves.

the rest will be paid after the event takes place, when you show here how it worked out.
does that work for you?
Can you help me out with applying on sputnikdao? I haven’t done it before…and does it mean no initial funds (part payment) to help carry out event?

This week is ended already so, banners will be ready by next week to begin first/second stage the week after. Thus, funds for publicity/printing of tshirt…83.95USD is the first thing needed now.
