We actually have a small metaverse where we can host education sessions, check it out here > cambioverse.bx.app and I know there is a NEAR Hub with “classrooms” on a Metaverse for Students to join the “Classrooms”.
As well we are helping other project in education with universities in Portugal, Mexico, Argentina and others.
We will create videos to explain example: Blockchain, NEAR like support material. We will share a few elements before the onboarding to explain a general elements. We create a few before but too short and simple, now we will create more complex.
Example:
The University has a points of meeting like the coffee shops, library, study rooms, language center, and we can put printed material, banners, flyers, etc is the regular way to share events, invitations with the students, actually the universities offer always send emails for free, but they always recommend that.
We are thinking of paying Canva or Zoom, but probably we will use meet and just need to pay Canva. Thats we call software support.
I hope this was very clear.
Just one question @mr_free you are part of the onboarding_dao?
Nice videos, but I don’t think you need to create videos special for one event, you can explain using already created videos or simply talk about it. You can ask marketing-dao to support creating videos.
I think some banners will be enough. But if the event is online, better use online tools to share information about the event.
What Universities will take apart?
Why do you need paid Canva?
Are you sure that will be 100-200 students?
It seems, that Zoom allows up to 100 users for free.
You can use Meet or I was thinking it will be like Youtube-stream with a chat room

The university need to create evidence to show we are not trying to sell something, they receive a lot of training for cryptos but at the end is just to traiding and that things, they need a evidence and we say we can create the videos, obviusly the videos are just 10%-15% of the content. The real onboarding are the calls.

Remember they are sharing the students, actually they will send emails for the onboarding for free 2 emails campains, but they recommend create the flyers because they know better the students than you and me, so I just follow the recommedations, I believe at this first onboarding with them follow the recommendations and try to do what they recommend to us is important I think the same like you I preferd the digital material… but I try to be kind to see the results, maybe in the next one if I dont see gain I can discard.
What Universities will take apart? We have 2 options now, Universidad del Caribe or Universidad Anahuac we need the approval and later we will contact both to see who answer first because both are interesting
Why do you need paid Canva? I dont know yet if we will use, but probably we need the multimedia material
Are you sure that will be 100-200 students? Very sure They have 3500 students average each university
It seems, that Zoom allows up to 100 users for free. Thats the thing, probably we need more, but like I say before, we dont know if we paid for canva o zoom, we are waiting to decide which is most important
You can use Meet or I was thinking it will be like Youtube-stream with a chat room
[/quote] The university rules just let share zoom calls or bevy and bevy its too expensive
