We had previously submitted at https://gov.near.org/t/guide-how-to-submit-a-funding-proposal-to-the-creatives-dao/2225 but are re-doing our submission with the correct formatting

Key Results from the month:
- You can buy a NEARchan Character Card for 0.01N
- NEARchan DTIYS challenge live on paras homepage
- NEARchan sticker set for telegram emoting
Our plan for the next month is to find anime artists who are not already on NEAR and have them draw NEARchan. If they are on other chains that’s ok, then NEARchan can make friends all over 
We will also release single edition character sheets of NEARchan on Mintbase after we have funding to create a store.
