[PROPOSAL] February/March 2022 Social Media and Marketing activities budget for Goa Guild Welcome, NEAR fam, to our plan for the next month(s) 1. We’re continuing to be focused on events, and the main is - **weekly Blockchain meetups and music jams** after that it contains open discussions, sharing experiences, own projects and ideas to find community support, NFT workshops. music part will be livestreaming to Instagram, Youtube and now we start to explore streams to Metaverse, as well as after event music NFT will be minted on Mintbase, so the report will include 3XR Gallery next time, i hope:) we’ve already started to [test this idea](https://www.mintbase.io/thing/nmyGXy7dHRq_fJUe2mkzmp2g6xZZr_5P3pTVqq_vPnk:goadaostore.mintbase1.near) on [Bitte.ai - Blockchain empowered by AI Agents](https://www.mintbase.io/store/goadaostore.mintbase1.near) one part of Meetup is about awareness of NEAR Protocol, news and announcements, how to participate in activities on NEAR Ecosystem another part of Meetup is about sharing experience, projects and ideas, invited speakers present their projects in Crypto, questions and answers, discussions of incoming projects to be funded, voting for supporting any of them [https://forms.gle/v488UkbrioSvJBZEA](https://forms.gle/v488UkbrioSvJBZEA) - form for meetups to understand motivation and purposes of coming people and the next part is music jam, that connects people and give time to talk to each other also now we have NFT-labs where we’re helping creative people from Goa to onboard on Paras and Mintbase 2. explore Mintbase and Paras for Goa musicians and creative people (also through events) - to mint their art as NFTs on Goa DAO store and to use NEAR ecosystem opportunities to promote it - to collaborate with other DAOs and platforms on NEAR. We have engaged professional sound engineer who is ready to visit places and events (minimum around 5 per month) to record some parts of it, that we mint as NFTs on mintbase store of dao. The same time we’ll onboard these artists with creating wallets for royalties and promote all it through _their_ social media by the way. Here we’re aimed to collect parties as NFTs and then to create gallery “Goa Vibes” from it. 3. Deposit $NEAR from external exchanges or from other wallets (later - from Paytm) 8. Send NEAR to other users (can be sent to wallet address or to telegram username) 9. Withdraw to external wallets 10. Currency conversion to and from selected currencies like rupees and dollars. Possibility to specify amount in fiat currency 11. Information buttons, mailing lists, etc. - standard info functions of bot 12. Can be organized as an external available node or raise our own node. - Goa Guild - Funding scheme: Monthly - Initiative summary: _Expected impact and value you foresee for the NEAR ecosystem/community_ All our events and activities are aimed to involve more active members to the NEAR Ecosystem, as well as to educate about NEAR Protocol opportunities and create near.wallets. Goa audience mostly consists of creative people, and we’re aimed to mint their art on Paras and Mintbase - so to promote these platforms among art claster here and to join artists to blockchain through NFTs - now here the big work is going on! it can involve to ecosystem a lot of creative people of different nationalities For music jams and other music events that we support our impact is : 1. Entire events will be minted as NFT and will be selling on GoaDAOs Mintbase Store 2. Events metrics 2.1. 4 meetups+jams, about 100+ people are expected to visit 2.2. 2-4 art / educational initiative projects from Goa to be supported for promotion NEAR Protocol here - to involve community to creation and its promotion through social channels - hundreds of views we’ll try to achieve. we’ll show collections and artists that will be onboarded to NEAR in report 2.3. give support to 3-4 people/projects at least to join to NEAR Ecosystem - study how to apply for grants, show NEAR University programs for developers, ect. E.g _x_ hours per week ensuring we are able to do _xxxx_ > - How will it help you achieve success with your marketing? > - What metrics are you measuring to determine success? here i should probably write “councils work” 🙈 managing tasks, events, people, connecting it. accepting incoming proposals and questions, giving all info and links about NEAR Protocol, as well as pr and communicaton, agreements , onboarding people and projects, controling budget and expances, expanding the team(i hope). i try to divide it into 2 parts in order to delegate some activities, and to be more a DAO and to join more interested people to be in the team 70% of the day it takes usually and the whole success depends on it)) and metrics as well are connected to all that is descrbed here. if during the month i’ve managed to perform 2-3 cool metaverse parties, to create some special collab with other DAOs and onboard a number of artists to GoaDAO Mintbase store - it’ll mean the success, i suppose ---

we care a lot about security because we understand that we are responsible for the funds of our people. the bot uses the official NEAR-API-JS API to create and import accounts currently using a local folder to store key pairs, similar to Near-cli the only difference is that the folder is on our server where the bot is hosted the folder is located in a docker container closed from external access, the container interacts with the bot using the rest api inside the docker network from outside the Internet, access is open only to the callback address of success authorization of the available mood domain via cloudflare, the real IP server is not visible at the specified address, the address is forwarded through the nginx proxy to the api server. to provide all security guarantees at the moment. Access via ssh is possible only with ssha keys. Root access is closed. Server OS Ubuntu 20.04 LTS the bot itself does not have direct access to the keys the api server interacts with the keys on the js node ---

Hi all – @David_NEAR [@marketingdao-council](https://gov.near.org/groups/marketingdao-council) were your questions about the security of the wallet bot answered completely by @denni_wild? If not, what else do you want to know on that front? In terms of the marketing itself, a few thoughts: - I support the meetups and that you are combining education around Near with arts/entertainment. - For the metaverse parts of the project, I would like to know how you are going to report on the success – viewers, participants, etc? What’s your plan there? I know it is an experiment, but think about how you are going to measure the success so you can adjust your activities and know how to improve it over time for better reach and impact. - @Dacha asked about how to track the wallets so we can see who is participating in the community, not just signing up. Is there a way to ask people to add their wallet to a form and a send a screenshot perhaps for a chance at an airdrop of your project’s NFTs or another added incentive? I am not sure of the exact logistics, but is there a creative way you can incentivize people to share information with you so that it’s easier to track who is creating wallets? ---

What’s your plan there? Here it’s firstly and mostly Mintbase part, so the number of nfts minted and artists onboarded during the month, and if we’ll able to sell. Nfts will be constructed from recording sets from real events and from separately onboarded artists. Exploring metaverse here is one more way of promotion opportunities on near to artists and to onboard them.
