SEPTEMBER FUND REQUEST - CREATIVES DAO
Project Name: IncubadoraPT
IncubadoraPT DAO is a laboratory for experimentation in arts + technology. It is a platform to promote the collaboration between artists, academics, curators, creatives and cultural practitioners. Due to the increasing precarisation of the cultural sector and artistic labour, we intend to ideate emancipatory solutions and help reshape the traditional art ecosystem using blockchain and DeFi purposes.

Updated Project Timeline:
- We launched the POLIEDRO- VR and New Media Residency Program which will occupy the next 2 months;
- Plus, we have ongoing efforts into onboarding, educational events, etc
- We’re collaborating with the VR DAO, as council.
- We’ve collaborated with CUDO DAO in preparing their first steps.
- We are helping more creatives to set up their DAOs in the next few days (Risco DAO and Labor DAO)
In order to carry out the actions we planned for this DAO and achieve the goals proposed in the roadmap for September, we request funding for the following activities:
Council Matters:
- Council work 105N x 3 = 315 N
- Part-time council work = 75 N
Sub-total = 390N
Social Media:
- Management Instagram = 60N
- Management Discord = 23N
- Management TG = 23N
- TG NEAR tipBot 8x3 = 24 N
- Bounty for someone to manage a Twitter channel = 30N

Specific projects:

Bounty for a web designer to create the Incubadora PT website = 200N*
The website is a much needed addition to the Incubadora DAO tooling, and should be live when the POLIEDRO VR and New media artistic residency enters the final stages. -
Bounty for a developer to create the NEAR TIME APP = 40N*

This little app aims to facilitate the communication and meeting appointment for people, inside the Near ecosystem, who live in different time-zones.

Artistic bounty for artists, illustrators and designers = 100N*
This bounty will have a 5x20N system, and aims to bring hype to the Incubadora DAO Mintbase store. We feel this is much needed so that, when the catalogues of the POLIEDRO Residency are ready to be sold, the store has a bigger reputation.
The bounty consists of an open call for artists (etc) to recreate the Incubadora Logo with different techniques. The best 5 will be awarded 20N and be sold in our Mintbase store, as well as featured on our social media channels with information about the artist.

- Stipends Open Call promotion (including Portuguese translation) , Jury coordination, Artist Onboarding & Airdrop of 20N each (50 + 40 (20Nx2 artists) = 90N

Metamask wallet creation and for Manu to deploy virtual galleries in different platforms, in order to experiment and learn for the upcoming virtual exhibitions = 20N
