Has several formations in the area of education and art, such as Social Educator courses, complementary formations as Special Education, Transversality Teaching, Digital Painting, Concept Art and 3D modeling at Revolution School.

She worked as an Art Educator/Social Educator in 4 social projects of MDSCS (Mitra Diocesana de Santa Cruz do Sul), Projeto Sol Maior, Cora Coralina, Santo Inácio e Querubins. Serving children, adolescents and elderly in social vulnerability. In addition, she has almost 3 and a half years of experience as an Art teacher at E.E.E.M. Nossa Senhora da Esperança (Santa Cruz do Sul), where she still works today.

She is one of the creators of the Collective of Women Project, in which she maintains a support group on Whatsapp where women (cis, trans…) exchange ideas, help each other and strengthen bonds. They share and promote information about laws, debates, the lgbtq+ community, culture, art, and entrepreneurship.

At 16 she developed the Free Art Project: Projeto Arte Livre

Participated in events doing live painting. In the Soundvision/Serra Gaúcha Festival (2017), Psyres/SCS(2019), Origins Gathering Festival(2020) and Online Festival KIZOMBAR A festa é do Povo é Fora Bolsonaro (2020). Besides working in the Management of the Kids Space and Workshops of the Origens Gathering Festival since 2016, performing inside the Festival the Free Art Project and that in the year 2020 (before the pandemic), executed together with a team of professionals, monitors and workshops, the Potý Project, which she was also the creator.

She began studying digital painting in 2018, and since then she has been developing works, visual identities, and is currently creating her own tarot deck with her version of the 22 major arcana. Besides starting to walk the path of 3D modeling, which was a dream.

Alexandre Macieira (SOCIAL MEDIA TWITTER):

Alexandre Macieira is a photographer with more than 25 years dedicated to communication. He studied social communication and his photos are in many image banks, being used by national and international media. For 10 years he was a photographer for the Rio de Janeiro Tourism Secretariat, participating in various events such as the World Cup and the Olympics. Today he is part of the communication team for the Rio de Janeiro City Hall.
Always very interested in technology and internet, he met the NFT universe in early 2021 and coined 2 photographs and 10 works of the series The Glimpses of Rio on the Hic Et Nunc platform.
In mid October 2021 he met the MintBase platform where through Gambiarra he has already coined 14 NFTs among photographs and works of art. In Mintbase is in development the series: Fast in Rio, Flying in Rio, Gambiarra by and Sunday Churches.
In early 2022 he won the Community Award of the NFT Holiday Theme Contest held by Mintbase with the photograph “OneNFTaDay #1 Happy New Year - Copacabana - Rio de Janeiro”, his genesis of the project “OneNFTaDay” launched exclusively on the Mintbase network, where the challenge is to transform one photograph a day into NFT.
Besides the “OneNFTaDay” series, Macieira has been developing the collab “NFT Colourful Carioca” with artist Felipe De Vicente and the collab “Saint Collab” with artist IagoDS.
Currently, the photographer already has 35 NFTs developed by him on his Mintbase page.

Nice project, friends. Do you mind editing the project to put somewhere your deliverables/products, all of them together in a list? (I saw you made that, but it would be nice if there is a clean list)
Like:

  • maintenance of discord server, twitter etc. (+ periodicity)
  • x number of posts on social network L (+ periodicity).
  • x number of stories (+ periodicity).
  • x number of flyers, posters etc.
  • inscrease of y number of followers on networks L, M, N…

It would also be appreciated if you could put the timeline in a easier way to catch the dates and the activities faster. It would be interesting to have that because it would make it easier to build the report and to make the evaluation of the project.

Can I give a suggestion too? People from another gallery from which I was a part publicize the work together with a mini-curatorial text about the work. This gave some interesting engagement for the tweets.

I know the resource is not so much, but don’t you think you could split this discord time between two moments of the day, in order to be active during in a broader range of time? (one hour morning, one hour night maybe)

There were a few days to develop this proposal, we are very dedicated to it with the goal of delivering the best possible way in a very short time, knowing that the available resource is not the necessary for it to be realized. But even so we believe in the potential of Mintbase-NEAR network to grow and make a difference in this market, we want to help Gambiarra store that this growth is even greater. For now we will respond to your suggestion here in an agile manner.

Work list:
Twitter: 3 posts a day made twice a week. Retweets 4 times a week for those who tag @GambiarraNear and/or use the hashtag #GambiarraNear in their posts.

Instagram/ Facebook: Weekly posts at 6pm. (Tuesdays and Saturdays) / 2 Stories on Instagram per week / 2 posts on Instagram per week (2 cards will be made per week, the same will be published) / 2 posts on Facebook (2 cards per week. The same used on instagram) / 2 copyright per week (description of the work, notice, in English and Portuguese) / Tags directed to the publication. / Extra cards (only 1 extra card per week if needed, and it is estimated that at some point any extra work will be paid or included in a later marketing plan) / Stories in which @gambiarranear is tagged will be shared.

Discord: Will be monitored daily, but will have the presence of the Administrator 2 times a week (Tuesday and Saturday) from 6pm to 8pm. / The Administrator will create 1 bot welcome and have 1 automatic rules system (only enters the server, who agrees with them) / in the 2 times a week will check for complaints, requests for help, etc… Of which will be reported to DAO.

We will put this suggestion in the full presentation that will be made in February and presented to Marketing DAO. The resource is too little for so much that is already being exposed in the proposal.

I like what you are proposing to do to build a community around Brazilian art in connection with Near and Mintbase.

I’ve been helping to advise the MarketingDAO, and in looking at what you are proposing to do, I think you may actually be undervaluing your work and time. You are proposing to do a lot of social media activity, community building on Discord and Telegram, etc. It’s time-consuming!

Do you have a plan for creating the graphics/media you will use for marketing activities? If so, how does that fit in, who will do this part of the marketing?

As I was reading, I wondered if you might need to increase funding request and time involved in order to accommodate all the work outlined.

Thanks for the link. As the proposal is specifically for the Marketing DAO, I believe it is not related to the Creatives Moderators. We have been seeing how Gambiarra DAO was created and are following their activities in terms of the creatives.
