**NOVEMBER FUND REQUEST** - CREATIVES DAO
Project Name: **CUDO DAO**
**CUDO DAO** - IMMIGRANT AUDIOVISUAL, made by Immigrants and designed to welcome immigrant professionals.
CUDO DAO is an Audiovisual Factory created to be a platform for immigrants to express themselves and their art. Besides that, we want to be a support to help other DAO’s to turn their projects into videos. We are a DAO focused on audiovisual made by Brazilian immigrants living in Portugal and thought to welcome and produce audiovisual for immigrants and natives from all over the world…

Updated Project Timeline:
- We migrated to [Astro DAO](https://app.astrodao.com/dao/cudo.sputnik-dao.near?tab=0) to better manage our funds.
- After learning more about how to manage our [mintbase](https://www.mintbase.io/store/cudodao.mintbase1.near) with a few conversations with @microchipgnu, we put more money in our account and updated our mintbase with all pending jobs. Now we have more than 130 nft’s created in 3 months.
- We are posting on the [Vertebra Instagram page](https://www.instagram.com/vertebra_project/), also daily, the artwork of the guest artists in our October call. The Vertebra project continues to be our main sales project on our [mintbase](https://www.mintbase.io/store/cudodao.mintbase1.near) with **8 more sales** in the last month.
- Our job with Incubadora DAO on editing the [Poliedro](http://gov.near.org/t/poliedro-vr-and-new-media-residency-program/3689) videos for a social media version was done and now we are discussing a new collaboration to help you with your catalog.
- Board members Heverton and Lucas worked during the NEAR CON event and helped create the [NFT Gallery](http://gov.near.org/t/intro-near-con-creatives-team/7506) and edit the short films during the event under @VideoDon’s team. In addition, our photographers Lenon and Isabela helped cover the entire event with amazing photos.
- Thanks to @suellenribeiro our website is about to be officially launched, mixing the CUDO FILMES and the CUDO DAO.
In order to carry out the actions we planned for this DAO and achieve the goals proposed in the roadmap for November, we request funding for the following activities:
**Council Matters:**

**Social Media and Visual identity:**
- Management [Instagram pages](https://www.instagram.com/cudo_dao/) and [YouTube Channels](https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCjTWwMsx93lwR7b5nWVTp7g) = 200 USD
This is work that @talitafflima is already doing and we keep reaching interesting numbers of followers. Also, she is growing a lot in this area, showing many potential to be a reference on the social media manager. We already have 164 followers and, we have a goal to reach 1000 by next year.

After the [open call](http://gov.near.org/t/approved-cudo-dao-twitter-channel-management/5844/4) to find a person to create and manage our twitter account, we found [@fabiianolf](http://gov.near.org/u/fabiianolf) and he keeps doing a very good job. So this month we will keep him with this task.

:NOTE: After approved, all payout proposals will be for the N values displayed here; members of the CUDO DAO council and members of the community will have to use this as reference when asking for rewards. Those will be fixed once and if the request is approved by the council of the Creatives DAO. This must be done in order to protect the DAOs funds, otherwise we risk being unable to fulfill our commitments. That also means that members can ask for their payout at any point during the month.
