To get the payout process started, the Guild Leader, DAO, or Community representative (‘representative’) must:

• Complete a Google Form requesting your personal information, and your acknowledgment and agreement to the new Guilds Terms & Conditions and NEAR’s Privacy Policy ;
• Following this, you will be emailed with a prompt to complete a ‘Know Your Customer’ (KYC) identity verification. KYCs are common in the traditional banking sector and with cryptocurrency platforms and exchanges such as Crypto[dot]com and Binance for AML compliance. Our service provider for the KYC - until the decentralized solution SYNAPS or something like it is available - is Onfido and a piece of formal ID and photo will be required.

I have a little mix up with the new payout process. The KYC has failed twice;it rejected the document attached. Prompted use of passport hence the government’s issued ID wasn’t accepted
What can I do ? my passport won’t be ready till a month or more. Would appreciate if anything else would suffice

[New Process] Community Payouts

Since the 10% drop mostly occur every month after payment, that might be caused by much sales of near after bounty payment and this do affect the projects that were to be funded. I suggest if the payment can be made in stables and if it should be a must to pay in Near, then I think it’ll be fair if the affected guild can request for around 10% extra payment. Even if we were to wait till near pumps back, there are some projects that needs to be funded earlier and this will affect the total budg…

Hi . All process for payout has been completed including the KYC that has been passed

Hi @Purpledots - as mentioned in our email correspondence we do need a new entry in the Community Payout Google Form from the individual who passed the KYC verification so we can proceed to sending the Reward Agreement for signature. This will be the final step before issuing the payout. If the Form is filled out by Monday, my colleagues will be able to proceed quickly on this.
