This proposal is to add new members to the Graffiti DAO council.

With the addition of @mwhyden & @ted.iv we will have a total of 3 members on the council. Can you pls comment your approval and your near wallet to link to the DAO.

Together with this proposal we aim to move the DAO from [Sputnik V1](https://www.sputnik.fund/#/dao/graffiti.sputnikdao.near) to AstroDAO and then add the council members officially to the new DAO.

Looking forward to restarting the great Graffiti DAO initiatives again!
