Hello, everyone!

Following @Paul’s [announcement](http://gov.near.org/t/annoucment-stepping-down-from-the-council-group/32879), I’ll be stepping down from #onboarding-dao and #filipino-artist-dao as one of its councils effective on Monday, February 13, 2023. Continuing to be so would be a conflict of interest with the new guidelines established in the Creatives DAO. Yet, I’ll continue to participate regularly in these groups and help others as needed. I am just one DM away! =)

Can someone do a TLdr where the conflict of interest is arising from that there appears to be a number of members stepping down?
