PROJECT TIMELINE:
A call was held in the community of Brazilian artists who are in the NEAR ecosystem to hold a collective publication of NFTs in OctopodeDAO’s Mintbase store on November 1, 2 and 3, 2022 and a dissemination of all participating art was held.
Title: 123MINT
Announcement to the NEAR community. Even without the resources normally available for actions to be performed by OctopodeDAO we performed the 123MINT action which consisted of calling for members of the store to mint their arts during the first three days of November.
ACTION:
On October 31, 2022 we notified the artist community through personal messages, in groups and with posts on DAO’s social networks about the 123MINT action.
DISSEMINATION
A poster has been produced to publicize the action on social networks, Telegram groups, Whatsapp and on Discord, and it will be coined on the Mintbase platform becoming an NFT that will be distributed among participants and interested collectors.
An artwork will also be produced where the list of the participants of the event is organized, and it will be coined on the Mintbase platform becoming an NFT that will be distributed among the participants after the event.
LEARNING:
We are monthly reinventing ourselves, organizing ourselves and increasingly seeking to potentiate actions so that the OctopodeDAO store is always active with creative ideas and innovations in various cultural activities.
Timeline:
In the last week of October we met and prepared the strategy for the action. We produced the graphic material and text for dissemination, and also started the invitation for the members of the store to participate in the action.
To invite, we used the Telegram, Whatsapp and Discord groups of the network of artists interested and active in NFT and the social networks of DAO.
On November 1st, 2nd and 3rd the artworks were published in the Octopode store and we started to organize the list of participants.

Foi realizada uma chamada na comunidade de artistas brasileiros que estão no ecossistema da NEAR para realizarem uma publicação coletiva de NFTs na loja da OctópodeDAO na Mintbase nos dias 1, 2 e 3 de novembro de 2022 e realizada uma divulgação de todas as artes participantes.

Anunciamento para a comunidade NEAR. Mesmo sem os recursos normalmente disponíveis para que ações sejam realizadas pela OctópodeDAO realizamos a ação 123MINT que consistiu em chamar os membros da loja a cunharem suas artes durante os três primeiros dias do mês de novembro.

Foi produzido um cartaz para divulgar a ação nas redes sociais, grupos de Telegram, Whatsapp e no Discord, sendo o mesmo cunhado na plataforma Mintbase se tornando um NFT que será distribuído entre os participantes e colecionadores interessados.

APRENDIZADO:
Estamos mensalmente nos reinventando, nos organizando e buscando cada vez mais potencializar ações para que a loja da OctópodeDAO fique sempre ativa com ideias criativas e inovações em diversas atividades culturais.
Linha do tempo:
Na última semana de outubro nos reunimos e preparamos a estratégia para a ação. Produzimos o material gráfico e texto para divulgação, além disso, iniciamos o convite para que os membros da loja participassem da ação.
Para convidar, utilizamos os grupos de Telegram, Whatsapp e Discord da rede de artistas interessados e atuantes em NFT e as redes sociais da DAO.
Nos dias 1, 2 e 3 de novembro às obras de arte foram publicadas na loja da Octópode e iniciamos a organização da lista de participantes.
