1.Worked with Near Community members in Discord (Russian and Ukrainian treads), creating wallets, help with commissions, connect developers with Near Hack Team in Kyev, help with minting NFTs and other questions;
2.Worked with Dmitry about his proposal for Marketing DAO (YouTube blog , traveling across India);
3.Promoted Marketing DAO and opportunities in Russian telegram groups. I opened my telegram account for calls and text messages to get interesting marketing ideas from Near Community members;
4.Started work with Excel table where I want to summarize information about all approved / declined proposals in Marketing DAO, include information about timing, involving, results, public conversation (some proposals approved/declined without any explanations), and amounts that grantees got. It can help our and other councils correctly determine guildās tiers , help me with new proposals;
āRelationshipsā chart : guilds, membersā table , it can help to our councils and other councils confirm engagement and connection to the NEAR Ecosystem (traction, connection to other Guilds).
2.Do regular / on demand voice chats with Russian Near community, present Marketing DAO, our opportunities, guilds, help community members find their place in Near Ecosystem.
1)Some proposals in Marketing DAO approved without conversation on public. Multiple times i got complaints from Community Members about it. They donāt understand why itās happening.
2)Timing. Probably, Marketing DAO should determine specific timing intervals for proposals - from creation till approval, payments.
For instance: first two week we are accepting proposals, then have one week for discussion on public and last week for voting on Astro DAO, payments. Goal is provide upscale service for our Gulidās, Community Members. They should definitely understand timing. Donāt ātaggingā us multiple times.
3)In purposes of implementing Transparency policy every Community Member should understand why proposal was approved or declined, every council who voted yes or no can write their comments on public.
4)Results. We need to ask results for every Marketing Activities. Because our overwhelmed councils involved in other Near projects, I can take care about it.
5)For some grantees we can start using Roketo service for payments .

As a new council , today I reviewed all 100 proposals in Marketing DAO on the forum
1)Nobody work with fixing categories for proposals , for instance Members can wrongly choose āMarketingā tag instead of āMarketing DAOā. Dear @David_NEAR I need mod/admin access to fix it.
2)Nobody help to Community Members choose right category in they made mistakes;
3)Only 5 of 45 grantees provided their reports after marketing activities.
I am preparing full information about it.
4)Over 50 proposals are waiting for some actions (decisions , be marked as āDeclinedā or anything) up to 179 days.
Probably, need to update our instucton , add some new titles

It definetly will help to our grantees understand status of their proposals.
Some members using wrong tags for reports, it makes finding process very difficult. I think we need to update our guidance, and ask people to do reports at the same thread with proposal.
